What is included
- Employee administration and payroll preparation
- Calculation and processing of salaries with specialised software, including bonuses, other additional remuneration, leaves and sick leaves
- Preparation and submission of the required declarations, notices, references and reports to the relevant state authorities (National Revenue Agency, National Social Security Institute, National Statistical Institute and others)
- Maintenance of the record-of-service register, overtime register, sick-leave reports and similar records
- Work under the Labour Code, the Social Security Code, the Personal Income Taxes Act and all other legally required documents in the field
- Assistance with inspections and audits by the General Labour Inspectorate, the National Revenue Agency and the National Social Security Institute
- Preparation of references for management purposes
